Step 1: How much is your home worth?
Many different factors go into evaluating a home; lot size, number of bedrooms, updates to the home etc. I will sit down with you to provide a home evaluation based on market and similar homes in the area.
STEP 2: PREPARE YOUR HOME TO SELL
We’ll work together to review the current state of your home and determine any necessary changes to get you the best value. This often includes cleaning the home, staging, and removing excess clutter.
STEP 3: Market your home and wait for offers
Regardless of the price of your home, marketing is important. In addition to MLS® and Realtor.ca, I always have professional photos taken and a feature sheet created to separate your home from the rest. Your home will also be advertised through the local newspaper, my personal website and peers websites to get you the most value for your home.
