Whether you are a first time home buyer, or have owned for years, buying a new home can be overwhelming. As a real estate agent with over 30 years of construction experience, I can offer advice when buying a home and answer question such as “Can I take down this wall?” or “How much would it cost to redo the kitchen?”
STEP 1: Deciding to buy a new home
If you don’t already own a home, this is an exciting new step! When understanding the type of home you’re looking for and budget, it’s important to understand how much you’ll pay for the home in the long term. Consider reviewing a mortgage calculator to understand your payments.
If you do already have a home, consider getting a free evaluation to find out the current value of your home.
STEP 2: Set up an automatic search

STEP 3: Schedule a TOUR
If you see a home you’re interested in touring, we’ll schedule a tour to see the home and I will answer any questions you have about the property.
